We give our best effort to ensure that the product(s) you ordered online meet your expectations, but occasionally orders may reach you in a manner that is not anticipated. We will rectify any such claims or discrepancies related to your purchase.

Any product would qualify as a return if it meets any of the following condition(s):

• Products with major quality defects
• Products damaged during shipment
• Wrong product, size, or color
• Product lost in shipment

Upon receiving the parcel, if the customer wants to return the parcel after checking it in front of the delivery person, they will have to pay the delivery charge of the parcel. (Inside Dhaka 60 taka, and Dhaka sub and outside Dhaka 130 taka). The amount of delivery charge is not discountable nor avoidable.

In any case, no money shall be returned to the customer. If they receive a faulty or damaged item from FancyBDMart, it shall be forwarded to Online credit, where they will be able to choose a similar product in the same/higher price range.

The faulty item might be returned to FancyBDMart within 3 days of delivery. Upon consideration by our team, we will inform the customer about the product, and if any request for size exchange, damaged product return, or exchange is applicable.

Discount Sales:

Our return & exchange policy shall not be applicable for any discount sales product(s). Any discount item once purchased cannot be exchanged or returned. No return or exchange is applicable for purchases made during the campaign period.

We have made every effort to represent each product color as accurately as possible on the website. However, due to monitor discrepancies of personal computers, laptops, tablets, or hand-held devices, we cannot guarantee that your display of color will be accurate.

Shipping time depends on the service provider company. If any difficulties arise, the service provider will contact the customer.

If you order online, the delivery charge will be added based on the order amount, size, weight, and location. The customer should pay this delivery cost.

FancyBDMart reserves the right to change this cost at any time.

In the event a FancyBDMart product is listed at an incorrect price due to a photographic or typographical error or error in pricing information, FancyBDMart shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. All our product prices and services are subject to tax as applicable by the laws of Bangladesh.
